Excellent video. Thank you! I have neen diagnosed with Multilevel Degenerative Disc Disease, Osteoarthritis with bone spurs, and I've had Scoliosis since I was around 10 years old (I am 55). I also have bad, painful hips, knees, lower and upper back and neck. I just purchased the Waver and have been mostly sitting while using it as I have bad balance and Diabetic Neuropathy. I have been Keto for over 5 years and Carnivore for 6 months and I am really praying to get back and hip pain relief with my vibration plate as well as an elimination diet. This is information I have been looking for. I have been diagnosed with Lipedema and got the Rhythm vibration machine. I also have arthritis in my SI and facet joints.Been through pain management. I’m 69 and have been active for all but the last 4 years. Vibration has already improved my bladder control and bowel regularity in. 1 month. Seems like my dresses are more comfortable around the waist even though I haven’t lost weight. It’s easy to keep motivated when you experience results.

If we want the PEMF on a specific spot (my tailbone area) do I need to find the specific area on the mat that has the PEMF and place my tailbone exactly there? Otherwise, it seems like it won't benefit my tailbone. I have the smaller one, so that means I can't sit on the mat and have it heal my tailbone. Is this correct?
